This strap is great if you are looking for something that's casual enough for all your daily activities, soft and comfortable to the touch, and an alternative to regular leather texture.
Our Simple Handmade Italian Leather Strap offers timeless simplicity, making it a popular choice for anyone after a quality leather strap.The simple double stitching makes this a very versatile strap with little superfluous detail to detract from the quality of the leather and of course the watch itself. The strap also comes equipped with quick-release spring bars for easy strap changes. The strap is lined with Zermatt leather to keep give the strap some structure and made in 2.5mm thickness instead of our usual 2.2mm, ensuring a sturdy strap even as you go casual.

Pueblo Vegetable Tanned Leather
Pueblo Vegetable Tanned Leather comes from the Badalassi Carlo Tannery in Tuscany, Italy. They are well known for their traditional methods of vegetable tanning with tree barks that go back 100's of years. Badalassi Carlo is a member of the exclusivePelle Vegetale Consortiumcertifying they tan leather using the strict traditional vegetal methods.
This veg tan leather is their top grade, it is full grain and has a nice supple feel with a small amount of firmness. This leather has a unique rustic look that adds beautiful depth to the leather and makes for an amazing patina as it ages. The leather is dyed completely through and has a nice soft flesh side. This leather has a great feel in the hand and it is easy to cut and skive.

Zermatt Leather comes from Tanneries Haas in France.Zermatt is a very special leather developed for the luxury brands a lining for watch straps and handbags. The leather is tanned and finished so that it doesn't cause any irritation on the skin. This calfskin is their top grade and is a very popular leather for lining bags, wallets and watch straps. This leather is supple and has a nice natural feel and is easy to work with. This is one of our favorite leather articles for premium linings.

Saddle Stitched by Hand with Linen Thread
Every strap is saddle stitched by hand by our leather artisans. Unlike lock stitch created by machines, a saddle stitch is more durable as it is made of two independent stitches that forms a knot at every stitch. Linen thread in 0.35mm thickness was selected for a fine and natural weave.
Quick Release Spring Bars For Extra Convenience
Our straps come with custom made quick release spring bars! This makes it very easy to change out your strap - you don't have to use any tools to do so, which is life-changing if you haven't tried it before. Our QRSBs are best-in-class and improves on many of the features compared to regular QRSBs.
Sealed Edges for Long-Term Durability
Our edges are finished with multiple layers of edge paint to seal the raw edges. The edges are sanded and edge paint is applied. After the first layer of edge paint has dried, another round of sanding and another layer of edge paint is applied. This process repeats until the edge paint is smooth and uniform.
