RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 30 daysof receiving of receiving them of receipt of the products, without any need to give reasons. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods.

 

The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the products before the 30-day period has expired, you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 30-day period.

 Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

 

In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 30 days on the date on which you informed us that you want to want to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you want to cancel your order, within 30 days of receipt of the products.

 

Any products returned must be in their original condition, including paperwork, user manual, service papers and box as applicable. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund for loss in value. It is important to know that the paperwork (where supplied) substantially increases the value of the products. If you return the products with missing or damaged paperwork, we will make a reasonable deduction to the sum refunded to you not exceeding 25% of the purchase price.

 

As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within refund your purchase price within 2-4 business days (whichever is earliest) of receiving your package or proof that your order has been returned .2-4 business days of receipt your package or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is the earliest.

Your right of return starts from the moment you or your previously nominated representative receives your order and notifies Gomvadr Straps. You can return the product to us together with your invoice within this timeframe. The current right of return only applies to products returned in their original complete condition. No refund will be given for any product that is damaged, not in its original packaging or whose packaging has been worn (beyond the scope of opening the product). If the product  is returned within 30 days of delivery , you will  be refunded within 2-4 working days of receiving the product . within 2-4 working days of receiving the product. In order to use this right of return, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Gomvadr Straps at the time of the offer and/or at the latest at the time of delivery. You have no right of return if the product has been manufactured by Gomvadr Straps  to your specifications or if the product is clearly of a personal nature or cannot be returned due to its nature. No right of return is offered for custom products ordered. to return a product on stock that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is received by you or a representative previously designated by you and announced to Gomvadr Straps . You can return the product to us within this time frame with your invoice.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

The right of return is not available for the Customized products on order.
